Exhibitors and Trainers

As we prepare for the upcoming Celebration, we want to make sure everyone is aware of the following important reminders and procedures. Please review these items carefully and share them with your trainers, grooms, and anyone else who may be assisting with your horses.

Packets

Packets will not be available for pickup until the horse and exhibitor cards have been paid for.
Additional Arm Bands
Additional arm bands may only be picked up at the Entry Office.
No additional arm bands will be available for pickup at the Barn Office.

Stall and Barn Areas

All stall and barn areas must be returned to the same condition they were in at move-in.
This includes all stall dividers, plants, mulch, decorations, and any other items or improvements made to the area.

If the area is not returned to its original condition, the account associated with the barn or stall will be assessed a fee.

Championship Entries

All championship entries will be completed online only.
A computer will be available at the Barn Office for anyone who needs assistance completing an online entry.

Show back rule on Vet Slips

Vet slips must be turned in before the deadline of the qualifying championship class.
Please refer to Page 7 of the Premium Book for the applicable deadline.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us keep the Celebration organized, safe, and enjoyable for our exhibitors, trainers, grooms, and spectators.
